Blue Cheese & Honey Just Delicious Potatoes

2 pound bag frozen hash-browns
1 can of cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 jar of Bellisari's Blue Cheese & Honey, Shallot Spread 
1 small onion, chopped
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper for taste
2 cups Corn Flakes cereal
1/2 cup butter melted
Preheat ovens to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl mix together all of the ingredients (do not thaw the hash-browns). Spread mixture evenly in to a 13x9 glass baking dish. Place Corn Flakes and melted butter in a bowl and coat  the flakes completely. Sprinkle the cereal mixture over top and bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
