Serves 4

Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds of ground chuck
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 yellow onions halved and thinly sliced
1 clove of minced garlic
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
½ cup Bellisari’s Blue Cheese Honey & Shallot Spread
½ cup Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce
4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese
4 sesame seed burger buns (choose wisely)

Directions:
Preheat a grill to medium high. Form ground beef (preferably chuck) into 6 oz. patties and make an indentation in each. Season the patties with garlic and pepper and let sit in fridge while cooking the onions. When ready to grill, season both sides with salt. Lightly brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, then grill the patties indentation-side up until marked on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook until marked and slightly firm, about 3 more minutes for medium doneness.

For the onions:
Using a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they begin to get tender, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions become a deep brown caramelized color, about 20 minutes, and then add the Bellisari’s Saigon Street Sauce. Remove from heat and serve on burger on top of the crumbed blue cheese. Spread two tablespoons of Bellisari’s Blue Cheese Honey & Shallot Spread on the top side of the hamburger bun and enjoy!
