2 bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp butter
1/8 Cup of Rum
1 ½ tsp of Cinnamon
2 Tbsp of Harvest Ginger Peach Spread
Dollop of Mascarpone Cheese
Melt the butter in a pan, stir occasionally until it browns. Add cinnamon and Harvest Ginger Peach Spread. Stir to prevent the sugar from burning. Add in sliced bananas and stir to allow the butter and Harvest Ginger Peach Spread to coat the slices evenly.
Allow to simmer slightly and remove from heat when adding the rum. Return to low heat and simmer for another minute.
Place bananas in serving dish and add a dollop of mascarpone cheese. Enjoy while still warm!
