Pork Chops

Ingredients

2 thick bone-in Pork Chops (1 to 1 1/2 inch thick)

1 tablespoon oil

4 oz goat cheese

1/2 jar Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread

Seasonings

Directions

Bring your pork chops to room temperature and season it with your favorite seasonings. In a small bowl mix together the goat cheese and Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread until well blended and smooth. 

Cut a pocket into your pork chop if it does not already have one. Stuff it with your blend of goat cheese and Balsamic, Shallot & Black Garlic Spread. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat with the olive oil, sear each side of the pork chop until caramelized. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
