Ingredients:2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
1 jar of Bellisari’s Harvest Ginger Peach Spread
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 strips bacon
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut each chicken breast into 4 long, thin chicken strips. Cut each strip into 2 inch chunks.
In a bowl add the Harvest Ginger Peach Spread, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Add chicken pieces into the bowl and toss mixture. Wrap the chicken in a ⅓ of a strip of bacon and put into your baking dish. Spread the remaining mixture on top of the bacon
Cook for 18-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crisp (as pictured).
