How to: Pumpkin Brulee Stuffed French Toast

I'm on-board with the rest of the country -- I love pumpkin everything when fall comes around. We worked for four years to achieve the creamy, rich consistency and flavor of our popular Pumpkin Brulé, Spread. It makes even the most basic French toast into an autumn delicacy! Even better, you can make this dish in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Italian bread, whole loaf
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Butter
  • Maple Syrup
  • Bellisari's Pumpkin Brulé Spread

Directions: Cut the italian loaf into slabs about 3 inches thick. Split the slabs across the top, creating a pocket. In a bowl, mix Bellisari's Pumpkin Brulé and mascarpone cheese to taste, and then stuff the pockets.

Brown each piece in butter on a skillet. then finish off in the oven at about 325 for 3-5 minutes.

Serve with butter and syrup!
