We are so excited to officially launch Bellisari’s! One of my friends asked me the other day how I would explain what our company is to a stranger. The age-old question of defining who we are is an easy one to answer in this instance. So, what is Bellisari’s? In a word…family. We are aunts and uncles, moms, brothers and friends. Gathered around the kitchen island, sharing life and love. Listening to grandpa tell the same stories he’s told for years. Dad’s secret ingredient (the secret is sage, but no one has the heart to tell him we all know.) We are laughter and good food. We are passion. Passion for simple, bold ingredients; letting the flavors shine. Passion for creativity in the kitchen. Culinary combinations that make it all too easy to celebrate any occasion.
