Barista Burritos

Homemade burritos on a wooden cutting board surrounded by ingredients.
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 jar Bellisari's Barista Sauce 
1 1/2 cup refried beans or rinsed black beans
3/4 cup corn kernels
3 cups cooked rice
6 large tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup red onion
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
Fresh cilantro
Optional: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place parchment paper or aluminum foil on the bottom of a baking dish/try. Prepare beef according to taco seasoning instructions. For the last 3 minutes, add in Barista Sauce to combine flavors. 
Prepare burritos with chosen ingredients. Fold opposite sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly. Place burritos in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
