Creamy Blue Cheese Salmon

Our Creamy Blue Cheese Salmon is a perfect dish for your first Al Fresco dinner of the summer - it can feed between 4-6 people and it has such a great flavor. Check out the full recipe on our blog now!


2 lb Salmon filet, rinsed and dried

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 Lemon, juiced

Salt & Pepper

1 jar Bellisari’s Blue Cheese & Honey Shallot 

1 Onion, sliced thin

3 Sprigs thyme


Preheat oven to 350F. Take a large baking sheet and line it with tin foil. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and add olive oil, honey, lemon juice and salt & pepper.  

Rub the salmon with the spices thoroughly and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes.

After ten minutes add the entire jar of Bellisari’s Blue Cheese Honey & Shallot spread to the top of the salmon and spread until the entire piece of salmon is coated. Sprinkle your sliced onions on top & cover with an additional piece of foil. 

Cook covered for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and place on a HI Broil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with garden salad or pasta.
