Pumpkin Brulee Croissant Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon Rolls with coffee

1 pack croissant dough
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 jar Bellisari’s Pumpkin Brulee Spread
Cinnamon for sprinkling
1/2 stick melted butter

1/2 cup Confection sugar 
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoon Milk


Roll out croissant dough, keeping it in one piece. On top of the dough, spread melted butter and then add brown sugar, cinnamon and Bellisari’s Pumpkin Brulee Spread. Roll the dough  into a cylinder with the filling folding inward. Cut the dough into 1 to 2 inch pieces and place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout.


Mix together sugar, vanilla and milk with a hand mixer until the consistency is will drizzle. Drizzle one top of rolls. Enjoy!
