Blue Cheese Honey and Shallot Grits

Servings: 4

2 Cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Quick-Cooking Grits
1/2 Cup Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread 
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Combine the chicken broth and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Gradually stir in the grits. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the grits are thickened and tender.

Remove the grits from the heat, and stir in Bellisari's Blue Cheese, Honey & Shallot Spread, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and serve hot.
