We are making dinner simple tonight! Grab one sheet pan, a jar of Bellisari’s Barista Sauce, boneless chicken thighs, potatoes and Brussels sprouts toss it with our Barista Sauce and you have a delicious, healthy meal for the entire fam with just one dirty dish!

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 pound chicken boneless chicken thighs
4 medium sized potatoes
1 bag fresh Brussels sprouts
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 Jar of Bellisari’s Barista Sauce
Kosher Salt & Pepper for seasoning

Directions
Marinate the chicken thighs in for at least one hour in the Bellisari's Barista Sauce. 
Preheat oven to 400°F. While the oven is preheating cut the Brussels sprouts in half and the potatoes into wedges. Toss the vegetables with the olive oil and spices. Place the chicken, potatoes and Brussels sprouts on the sheet pan and back for 45 minutes or until your vegetables are getting a golden brown  edge and your chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
