Make party prep a breeze with Bellisari's Manchego & Tomato Fennel Bruschetta.
8 baguette slices, ½-inch thick
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 jar Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread
½ cup manchego cheese, shredded
1 bunch basil, fresh
Preheat oven to 375° F. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with oil and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Spread Bellisari’s Calabrian Pepper & Sweet Tomato Fennel Spread on the crostini, sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil and enjoy!
