Serves 4-6

10 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
8 oz. of pancetta, chopped and cooked
1/3 cup creamy salad dressing, or more to taste
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 jar Bellisari’s Blue Cheese Honey Shallot Spread
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dill
Salt to taste

Mix eggs, pancetta, salad dressing, red onion, Bellisari’s Blue Cheese Honey Shallot Spread, chives, lemon juice, dill, and seasoned salt in a bowl; spread onto your favorite rolls to serve.
